Welcome to my website, I am a BACP Counsellor and I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds providing short and long term counselling in Exeter and Bristol.

I guess most people would have the expectation that counselling provides us with a safe and strictly confidential space where we will be listened to without judgement and where we can discuss aspects of lives that are troublesome. It can also offer much more than that, addressing our needs at the very deepest levels, but it’s you that decides what you wish to look at and the counselling moves at your pace and lasts as long as you need it to.

Like many modern counsellors I have an integrative style which can help in adapting to individual needs, particularly when the use of different approaches are accompanied by a depth of understanding and connection. My background is in integrative psychosynthesis, an approach that is well-suited to those who are drawn to meditative, poetic and creative lifestyles and wish to integrate these qualities with effective counselling.

Hopefully you can get from this website a little more information about who I am and my particular style of counselling, integrative psychosynthesis. Of course there’s a limit to what you can find out from these pages but if you are interested to know more then the next step would be to meet for an initial session. There’s naturally no obligation to take things further if it’s not for you.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and work within their ethical framework and I have a private practice in Exeter and Bristol.

If you would like to know more, get in touch I would be happy to hear from you, my number is 07896123473 or email me. You can also find me on The Uk Counselling Directory, on BACP’s It’s Good To Talk, and at The Practice Rooms.
